I want to help other people have some help when they are searchinf for optimizations for csgo. (Feels like Im playing on 60hz instead of 240, and yes, I do have the correct hz rate on) Should you overclock your cpu or let it stay at Base frequency? And what settings do people think can help you but actually do more harm than good? For Example, is it good or bad to use Uber Shaders?Ĭsgo has felt like shit to me for the last 2 years ever since I got my own pc and stopped playing at the local esports center. Im curious of which among these actually help, and what other optimizations are possible to make csgo a better experience for people who want to be more competitive. Theres Hardware Accelerated GPU or Windows game mode, Disabling Fullscreen Optimization and Enhanced Mouse Precision.
Along with +fps_max 0, +fps_Max 999, -high, -NoVid and etc in Csgo launch options.
For Example: Low Latency Mode (On or Ultra) in Control Panel along with Max Performance mode. There are alot of settings in, windows, Nvidia Control Panel (and the AMD equivalent) in game and even launch options that people say inprove performance in game.
